
Site Reliability Engineer Lead
FedEx is looking for a talented and motivated Site Reliability Engineer Lead to join our team. This position requires an individual who is not only knowledgeable in the engineering field but is also able to think strategically and take initiative in developing solutions for complex issues. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology and be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.The ideal candidate should possess an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. A minimum of five years of experience in a software engineering/site reliability engineering role is required and prior experience leading a team is preferred. Candidates should have a proven track record of successful problem-solving and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of modern software development processes, tools, and technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, and Terraform is a must.
