Mechanical Or Technical Experience: Candidates Should Have Some Mechanical Or Technical Experience, Whether Through Previous Work Experience Or Education, To Be Considered For This Role.
Strong Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Team Members And Other Departments Is Essential In This Role, As Shop Utility Technicians Often Work In A Team Environment.
