  1. Conduct thorough and accurate financial analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies and errors in financial processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvements to financial processes and procedures.
  3. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide timely and accurate financial information.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Continuously monitor and evaluate financial data to identify trends and potential risks.

  10. Act as a liaison between the finance team and other departments to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.
  11. Proactively identify and recommend solutions to improve financial processes and increase efficiency.
  12. Handle confidential and sensitive financial information with professionalism and discretion.
  13. Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of financial tasks and projects.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication.
  15. Stay informed of changes in financial regulations and laws and ensure compliance within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In A Finance Or Accounting Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Principles And Practices.

  • Experience With Financial Systems And Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.
