Job Description

Act as a daily contact point for a large Service Provider. Be part of a major contract renewal, being able to shape the service with the Service Provider. Provide updates for any Service Issues and Disruptions. Coordinate Governance Activities, including (but not limited to):

  • Risk Management Engagement
  • Risks and Issues Management
  • Capacity planning engagement
  • Facilitation of Service Management process onboarding
  • Assisting in contract discussions to understand the scope of the contract
  • Facilitation of France R&R’s for Infrastructure Operations
  • Creation of Management Information and production of executive summaries for the Infrastructure Service

Job Qualifications

  • Self starter with initiative to actively participate in team interactions

  • Establishing relationships and maintaining contacts with people from a variety of backgrounds.

  • Experience of working collaboratively with large 3rd party outsourced offshore providers

  • Strong background in a SIAM environment managing large outsourced vendors
