  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding shipment tracking, pricing, delivery options, and other inquiries.
  3. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Process shipments and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of shipments.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a pleasant experience for customers.
  7. Demonstrate strong knowledge of FedEx products and services to effectively assist customers.
  8. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues via phone, email, and in person.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer service metrics and goals.
  11. Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  12. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  13. Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in FedEx policies and procedures.
  14. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for FedEx, promoting our commitment to exceptional service at all times.
