  1. Greet and welcome customers to FedEx service centers with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Assist customers with their shipping needs, including packaging, labeling, and tracking packages.
  4. Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized service center, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for customers.
  6. Process and handle inbound and outbound packages, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer needs are met and service center operations run smoothly.
  8. Keep up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
  9. Utilize computer systems to process shipments and handle customer transactions.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  11. Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance goals and contribute to the overall success of the service center.
