  1. Greet and welcome customers to the service center in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
  3. Assist customers with shipping and logistics needs, including package tracking, pricing, and delivery options.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized service center, including restocking supplies and organizing package pick-up and drop-off areas.
  5. Process incoming and outgoing packages accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of packages and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  7. Utilize computer systems and software to track packages and maintain customer records.
  8. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise.
  9. Complete administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, to support service center operations.
  10. Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
  11. Continuously strive to improve customer service and efficiency through feedback and suggestions.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  13. Represent FedEx in a professional manner at all times, promoting the company's values and brand.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
