- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the service center, providing a positive and professional first impression

- Collaborate with team members to ensure all packages and shipments are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized service center, including work areas and customer waiting areas, to create a welcoming and professional environment
