  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the service center, providing a positive and professional first impression
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all packages and shipments are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized service center, including work areas and customer waiting areas, to create a welcoming and professional environment
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all packages and shipments
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on customer needs and service center operations
  • Handle customer transactions, including accepting payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate records
  • Proactively address any customer complaints or issues by listening, empathizing, and finding appropriate solutions
  • Continuously seek to improve customer service processes and procedures, and provide suggestions for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Adhere to all company standards and protocols, including dress code, attendance, and punctuality, to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
