  2. Assist with package handling and processing, including sorting, scanning, and loading packages onto delivery vehicles.
  3. Maintain accurate and organized records of all incoming and outgoing packages.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely delivery of packages to customers.
  5. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies with packages, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers, both in person and over the phone, to provide updates on package status and resolve any delivery issues.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
  9. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record keeping, as needed.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  11. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  12. Uphold the company's values of integrity, teamwork, and excellence in all interactions with customers and team members.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive manner.
  14. Take on additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned by management to support the overall success of the service center.
