  1. Greet and welcome customers to the service center in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers with their shipping needs, including packaging, labeling, and tracking packages.
  3. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding shipping rates, delivery times, and services.
  4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
  5. Process and handle customer transactions, including cash, credit, and electronic payments.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations of the service center.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the customer experience.
  8. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to resolve any issues or concerns.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying and implementing process improvements.
  11. Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  12. Assist in training new team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the service center.
