  2. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests, providing prompt and accurate resolutions.
  3. Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails, routing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of FedEx services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
  5. Process shipments, track packages, and provide shipment status updates to customers.
  6. Monitor and manage service center inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
  7. Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized service center, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
  10. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management for further action.
  11. Assist team members with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, to support the overall operations of the service center.
  12. Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of packages and the service center.
  13. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and service center efficiency.
