  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all FedEx customers at the service center.
  2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers.
  4. Process and handle incoming and outgoing packages accurately and efficiently.
  5. Monitor and maintain the service center's inventory levels.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages.
  7. Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from customers regarding package status, tracking, and delivery inquiries.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of packages and equipment.

  11. Assist in training new team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
