- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist customers with shipping and receiving packages, including verifying addresses, packaging items, and tracking shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized service center environment to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Process and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and check payments.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of packages.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of shipping supplies and materials.
- Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
