  3. Assist customers with shipping and tracking packages, as well as answering questions about our services and rates.
  4. Process and handle inbound and outbound shipments accurately and efficiently.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a positive customer experience.
  6. Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and find solutions to improve customer service.
  8. Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and services to effectively assist customers.
  9. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
  10. Uphold a high standard of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
  11. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations and provide exceptional service.
