  1. Provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers.
  2. Assist with the daily operations of the service center, including receiving and processing packages, maintaining inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries.
  3. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  4. Handle customer complaints and escalate to management when necessary.
  5. Ensure all packages are properly labeled and tracked in the system.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as safety guidelines.
  8. Utilize computer systems and software to accurately record and track package information.
  9. Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by management.

  11. Participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  12. Flexibility to work various shifts and schedules as needed.
