  • Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals visiting or contacting the service center
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to accurately assist customers
  • Process and track packages and shipments using various systems and software
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of shipping materials and supplies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operation of the service center
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely
  • Uphold the highest standards of security and confidentiality when handling customer information
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for both customers and employees
  • Maintain a clean and organized service center at all times
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management for process enhancements
  • Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company procedures and policies
  • Adhere to all company regulations and compliance standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
