  1. Greet and welcome customers to the service center in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers with inquiries and provide relevant information about services and products offered by FedEx.
  3. Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the service center lobby and workstations.
  5. Receive and process packages for shipping, tracking, and delivery.
  6. Verify package information and ensure proper handling and labeling.
  7. Work closely with service center team members to ensure timely and accurate package processing and delivery.
  8. Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  9. Assist with inventory management and maintain accurate records of supplies and equipment.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to package processing and delivery.
  11. Adhere to all safety and security guidelines to ensure the protection of customers' packages and company assets.
  12. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise.
  13. Continuously identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance customer experience.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services.
  15. Uphold the values and standards of FedEx and contribute to a positive work culture.
