  1. Develop and implement effective training programs that align with the company's sales goals and objectives.
  2. Identify training needs of the sales team and create targeted solutions to address those needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and engaging.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify best practices and innovative training methods.
  5. Design and develop training materials, including presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules.
  6. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants.
  7. Continuously improve and update training materials to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on sales training and instructional design, providing guidance and support to other team members.
  9. Lead and facilitate training sessions for sales team members, both in-person and virtually.
  10. Monitor and report on the impact of training programs on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  11. Collaborate with sales leaders to understand their training needs and align training programs with their goals and objectives.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in sales training techniques, incorporating them into the company's training strategy.
  13. Serve as a mentor and coach to more junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  14. Contribute to the overall success of the Sales Enablement team by actively participating in team meetings, sharing best practices, and collaborating on projects.
  15. Uphold company values and maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with team members and stakeholders.
