  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  3. Assist customers with package shipping and tracking, as well as other retail services.
  4. Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
  5. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by FedEx.
  7. Promote and upsell additional products and services to customers.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  10. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  11. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
  12. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
  13. Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge of FedEx products and services.
  14. Adhere to all security and safety protocols.
  15. Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
