  4. Maintain a clean and organized retail environment to ensure a pleasant and efficient customer experience.
  5. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and support each other in providing excellent customer service.
  7. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling services and products.
  8. Stay up-to-date with FedEx policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in service standards.
  9. Proactively identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to the appropriate parties for resolution.
  10. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail when processing shipments, handling customer information, and maintaining records.

  12. Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of FedEx products and services.
