  4. Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are visually appealing.

  8. Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage store operations and meet sales targets.
  9. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  10. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
  11. Assist in training and mentoring new employees on customer service and retail processes.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the FedEx brand with pride.
  13. Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge of company products and services.
  14. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly, balancing cash drawer at the end of each shift.
  15. Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling and documenting customer inquiries and complaints.
  16. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  17. Stay updated on industry trends and changes, and make recommendations to improve customer service and retail processes.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned by the retail store manager or supervisor.
