  2. Assist customers with their shipping needs, including packaging, labeling, and selecting the appropriate shipping option.
  3. Offer product information and recommendations to customers to enhance their shipping experience.

  5. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling customer transactions and managing inventory.

  8. Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies.

  11. Perform opening and closing duties, including cash register reconciliation and store maintenance tasks.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service and operational processes.
  13. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  14. Participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  15. Comply with all company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
