  5. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  6. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sales floor to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies in order to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
