  3. Provide accurate and detailed information about FedEx products and services.
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a positive customer experience.
  7. Proactively identify and suggest solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  9. Continuously update and maintain knowledge of FedEx products, services, and policies.
  10. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  12. Handle cash and other forms of payment accurately and securely.
  13. Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
  14. Upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs.
  15. Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and maintain a positive attitude.
  16. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
