  3. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  5. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, striving for complete customer satisfaction.
  6. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of FedEx products and services to effectively educate and inform customers.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless and efficient operations of the retail store.
  8. Maintain a strong understanding of current promotions, discounts, and sales to effectively communicate with customers.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance customer service processes and procedures.
