  3. Utilize effective communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
  4. Handle a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced retail environment, while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
  5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of FedEx products and services, and make appropriate recommendations to customers based on their needs.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, and provide support to other areas of the store when needed.
  8. Actively seek out opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures, and make recommendations to management for implementation.
  9. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional service, while adhering to company values and policies.
  10. Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, company policies, and procedures to ensure the highest level of service is provided to customers.
