  1. Greet and welcome customers to the FedEx retail store with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Assist customers with shipping and packaging needs, including selecting the appropriate shipping options and packaging materials.
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's point-of-sale system.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including stocking shelves and keeping displays neat and presentable.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
  7. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and making suggestions to management.
  8. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  9. Follow security and safety procedures to protect company assets and ensure the safety of customers and employees.
  10. Continuously meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management.
  11. Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge, and stay updated on changes in company policies and procedures.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the FedEx brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as shipping and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer packages.
  14. Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and accountability.
  15. Demonstrate a willingness to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the overall success of the retail store.
