  2. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  3. Promote and sell FedEx products and services to customers.
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  5. Ensure a neat, clean, and organized store environment.
  6. Assist customers in locating products and services within the store.
  7. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
