Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Education Is Often Required For A Retail Customer Service Associate At Fedex.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Retail Customer Service Associate, You Will Be Responsible For Accurately Processing Customer Transactions, Such As Shipping Labels And Payments. Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure The Correct Information Is Entered And Packages Are Shipped To The Correct Destination.
