  1. Oversee the daily operations of our retail locations and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  3. Train and coach retail associates on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  4. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring products are adequately stocked and displayed.
  5. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  6. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  7. Assist in scheduling and managing staff, including handling any staffing issues or conflicts.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales and customer data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  9. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company cash handling policies.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning displays, and ensuring a professional appearance.
  11. Act as a liaison between retail associates and upper management, providing regular updates on store performance and any issues or concerns.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance overall store performance.
  13. Foster a positive and motivating work environment for retail associates, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or upper management.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
