  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  12. Assist in the development and implementation of promotional campaigns and events.
  13. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize shrinkage.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
  15. Uphold company values and represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.
