  12. Collaborate with the Retail Manager to analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvements.

  14. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities or challenges.
  15. Attend meetings and trainings as required by the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Retail Assistant Manager At Fedex Should Have Previous Experience In Managing A Retail Store Or Department. This Includes Experience In Overseeing Staff, Managing Inventory, And Implementing Sales Strategies.
