  1. Assist the store manager in overseeing the daily operations of the retail store.
  2. Ensure that the store is meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  4. Train and coach retail associates on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked and displayed effectively.
  6. Assist with creating and implementing sales strategies and promotions to drive business.
  7. Help to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  8. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies.
  9. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and products.
  10. Act as a role model by exhibiting professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
  11. Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating retail staff.
  12. Communicate with the store manager regarding any issues or concerns, and make recommendations for improvements.
  13. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.
  14. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working and shopping environment.
  15. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to achieve overall company goals and objectives.
