  1. Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.

  11. Manage the store budget and make decisions to optimize profitability.
  12. Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner and build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  15. Act as a role model for employees, embodying the company's values and promoting a positive image of the brand.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Retail Management Role.

  • Knowledge Of Shipping And Logistics Processes, Preferably With Experience In The Fedex System.
