  1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their shipping and logistics needs.
  2. Supervise and train retail store associates to ensure they are providing quality customer service and following company policies and procedures.
  3. Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  4. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming and professional environment for customers.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet store goals.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  8. Assist in scheduling and managing employee work schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to retail store associates.
  10. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or problems that may arise in the retail store.
  11. Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve store goals and objectives.
  12. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  13. Assist in maintaining accurate and organized store records, including sales and inventory reports.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve store operations and customer service.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its values and standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Managerial Experience: A Successful Candidate For A Retail Assistant Manager Position At Fedex Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
