Previous Management Experience: A Successful Retail Assistant Manager At Fedex Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Customer Service Skills: Fedex Places A Strong Emphasis On Providing Exceptional Customer Service, So A Retail Assistant Manager Should Have Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Handle Customer Inquiries And Concerns.
