  1. Provide leadership and support to retail team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
  2. Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory management.
  3. Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
  5. Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all team members, addressing any customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including merchandise displays and signage.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  8. Assist with employee scheduling and performance evaluations.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure team members also comply with them.
  11. Manage and maintain store inventory, including ordering and receiving shipments.
  12. Monitor and manage store expenses to ensure profitability.
  13. Implement and maintain safety and security measures to protect company assets.
  14. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  15. Handle any other tasks or projects as assigned by the Retail Manager or higher management.

Job Qualifications
