  1. Assist the store manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling of staff.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers are greeted and assisted in a timely and friendly manner.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall customer experience.
  4. Train and develop team members to provide excellent service and maintain brand standards.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations.
  8. Assist in the creation and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  9. Collaborate with the store manager to set and achieve sales targets and monitor performance.
  10. Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to maintain a high-performing team.
  11. Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by FedEx and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  12. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment where all team members feel valued and supported.
  13. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the store manager or higher management.
