  12. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and performance management of retail staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Experience In Retail Management: A Successful Retail Assistant Manager At Fedex Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
