  1. Provide exceptional customer service: Ensure that all customers are greeted, assisted, and satisfied with their experience at the store.
  2. Manage daily operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining inventory levels, and managing cash flow.
  3. Lead and develop a high-performing team: Train and motivate employees to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets. Provide regular feedback and coaching to help employees reach their full potential.
  4. Ensure store compliance: Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  5. Drive sales and meet targets: Work with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies that will increase revenue and meet company goals.
  6. Assist with administrative tasks: Complete paperwork, process transactions, and handle other administrative duties as needed.
  7. Collaborate with other team members: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge: Continuously learn about new products and services to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  9. Uphold company standards: Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  10. Foster a positive work environment: Promote teamwork, respect, and open communication among all team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
  11. Take on additional responsibilities: Willingly take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the store manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Retail Management Experience.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Sales Forecasting, And Budgeting.
