Prior Retail Management Experience: A Successful Candidate For A Retail Assistant Manager Position At Fedex Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills: As An Assistant Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Retail Associates.
