  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make strategic business decisions.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  13. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and share information with team members.
  14. Adhere to safety and security protocols to protect company assets and maintain a safe work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Retail Management Experience: A Successful Candidate For A Retail Assistant Manager Position At Fedex Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As An Assistant Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Retail Associates. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Motivate And Guide Their Team Towards Achieving Sales Targets And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Knowledge Of Logistics And Shipping: As A Subsidiary Of Fedex Corporation, Knowledge Of Logistics And Shipping Processes Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Basic Understanding Of How Packages Are Shipped And Delivered, As Well As Any Relevant Experience With Shipping Systems And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Retail Assistant Manager Will Be Required To Communicate With Customers, Team Members, And Upper Management On A Regular Basis. Therefore, Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are A Must-Have For This Position.
