  1. Provide excellent customer service to all FedEx customers visiting the retail store.
  2. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, managing inventory, and ensuring store cleanliness.
  3. Train and supervise retail store associates to ensure they are delivering exceptional service to customers.
  4. Monitor and maintain store appearance and merchandising standards to create an inviting and organized shopping environment.
  5. Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue goals.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Process sales transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  9. Assist in scheduling and managing employee work schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all store hours.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve store processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide excellent service and support to customers.
  12. Support the overall success of the business by achieving individual and team performance goals.
  13. Attend training and development sessions as required to enhance knowledge and skills.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the FedEx brand.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Management: The Ideal Candidate For A Retail Assistant Manager Role At Fedex Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
