Previous Management Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Logistics Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Provide Guidance And Support To Team Members.
Customer Service Oriented: A Commitment To Ensuring Excellent Customer Service, Resolving Customer Complaints, And Maintaining A Positive And Professional Attitude At All Times.
