  1. Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  2. Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  3. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to ensure a welcoming and visually appealing environment for customers.
  4. Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations related to retail operations.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure product availability.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  10. Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  11. Maintain a safe and secure working environment by implementing safety protocols and procedures.
  12. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement new ideas and processes to enhance the overall operations of the retail store.
  14. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  15. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the curve.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Management Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Logistics Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Provide Guidance And Support To Team Members.

  • Customer Service Oriented: A Commitment To Ensuring Excellent Customer Service, Resolving Customer Complaints, And Maintaining A Positive And Professional Attitude At All Times.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Operations: Familiarity With Inventory Management, Cash Handling, Visual Merchandising, And Other Retail Operations.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Upper Management, And Customers, As Well As Strong Organizational Skills To Effectively Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities.
