  1. Train and develop a team of retail associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make strategic decisions to drive sales and exceed targets.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  5. Address customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, working to find a satisfactory resolution.
  6. Create and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
  7. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure efficient operations and consistent customer service across all areas of the business.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state laws and regulations.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to processes and procedures.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting teamwork and recognizing and rewarding employee achievements.
  12. Assist with hiring and onboarding of new retail associates, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide exceptional service.
  13. Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize loss.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on store performance and any issues or concerns that may arise.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and uphold the company's commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Supervisory Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment, Is Required For This Position.

  • Customer Service Skills: The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service And Handle Customer Inquiries And Complaints Is Crucial For Success As A Retail Assistant Manager At Fedex.
