  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of all processes.

  3. Train, supervise, and mentor retail staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

  5. Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to ensure stock availability and minimize loss.

  9. Collaborate with other departments within the company to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
  10. Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new retail staff.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and cash handling protocols.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and support for staff development.
  13. Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, sales, and customer interactions.
  14. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  15. Act as a role model for the retail team, demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to providing exceptional service.
