  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  6. Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales and account management strategies.
  9. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and sales progress.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  11. Participate in sales meetings, training, and other company events to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  12. Consistently adhere to company policies and procedures.
  13. Travel within the designated region as required to meet with clients and attend business events.
  14. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  15. Actively contribute to the growth and success of the company through innovative ideas and suggestions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Transportation Or Logistics Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Customer Relationships.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Sell Fedex's Services.

  • Knowledge Of The Regional Market, Competitors, And Industry Trends, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Sales Strategies.
