
Project Process Analyst
Producing documentation for the Security and Vulnerability Management function. Planning and coordinating security and vulnerability management activities. Completing technical analysis of applications and IT infrastructure, to minimise business disruption. Supporting requests for change / release and identifies mitigation for any conflicts. Supporting release management assurance of operational supplier implementation, release definition and plans including co-ordination where multiple parties are involved. Logging and assisting service providers log requests for change (RFCs) on the change management database, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data. Inputting reviews of supplier service and contract performance data, including attending service reviews, resolves problems or escalates them. Acting as a point of contact / escalation for internal and external customers / suppliers.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure (hardware, databases, operating systems, local area networks etc)
4+ years of related experience
Familiar with the products and/or services supplied to own organisation by external suppliers.
Experience of IT Network Administration in Windows and RHEL Environments
