  1. Operate printing equipment: Operate and maintain various printing equipment, including digital and offset printers, to produce high-quality printed materials.
  2. Monitor production process: Monitor the production process to ensure that all materials are printed accurately and in a timely manner, meeting the clients' deadlines.
  3. Quality control: Conduct quality control checks on printed materials to ensure they meet company standards and client specifications.
  4. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot any issues with the printing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
  5. Time management: Manage time effectively to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
  6. Attention to detail: Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all printed materials.
  7. Material handling: Handle and organize printed materials, including loading and unloading paper, maintaining inventory, and preparing shipments.

  9. Adhere to safety protocols: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  10. Continuously improve processes: Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  11. Maintain equipment: Perform regular maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
  12. Train new employees: Train and mentor new employees on printing processes and procedures to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  13. Flexibility: Be willing to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Print Production Processes: A Print Production Operator At Fedex Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Printing Techniques, Such As Offset Printing, Digital Printing, And Large Format Printing. They Should Also Be Familiar With Pre-Press And Post-Press Operations.

They Should Also Have Excellent Organizational Skills To Keep Track Of Various Projects And Ensure They Are Completed On Time.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Problem-Solve: Print Production Can Be A Complex Process, And Problems Can Arise At Any Stage.
