  1. Unload packages from delivery vehicles and sort them based on their destination.
  2. Scan and track packages using technology such as handheld scanners and computer systems.
  3. Ensure accuracy of package labels and documentation to prevent delivery errors.
  4. Organize packages in designated areas for efficient loading onto delivery vehicles.
  5. Operate equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks to move packages as needed.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
  7. Work quickly and efficiently to meet daily delivery deadlines.
  8. Communicate any issues or concerns with packages or equipment to supervisors.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of packages.
  10. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and ensure smooth operations.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from customers.
  12. Continuously monitor package flow to identify and resolve any potential issues.
  13. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local shipping regulations.
  14. Keep accurate records and complete necessary paperwork related to package handling.
  15. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on procedures and policies.
  16. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
