  3. Load and unload packages onto delivery vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Ensure packages are properly labeled and scanned for tracking purposes.
  5. Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while handling packages.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Meet and exceed productivity goals set by management.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries.
  10. Report any package damages or discrepancies to management immediately.
  11. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and suggest solutions to streamline processes.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
